She and her team are super responsive, super accommodating, and super efficient! If we ever buy again, we are 100% using her again!

Our particular seller was very difficult but she shared the burden and acted diligently on our behalf and I am forever grateful for that. She remained patient as we waited for inventory to pop up and encouraged us to never settle. Karla went above and beyond in this market trying to find us a home and even found an off market property for us that fit our criteria almost perfectly but something more perfect came along just in time. She sold our house for over asking with a careful plan in place that wouldn’t put our family out while we searched for our new home. She prioritizes YOU! We love Karla.
